Veronica Beard seeks a Senior Manager, Site Merchandising & Experience to lead merchandising strategy across its e-commerce sites from the New York Corporate Office. The role connects product storytelling with commercial performance, shaping category exploration and customer journeys.

The ideal candidate combines analytical and creative thinking, partners with Digital Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Analytics, and Digital Product, and will manage a small team while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years ecommerce merchandising experience.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Proficiency with Shopify, analytics, merchandising tools, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product readiness and launch execution, including imagery, copy, product data, inventory checks, uploads, and site QA.
• Own the merchandising strategy for all products, navigation, search and filters, marketing landing pages and linking strategy.
• Develop category strategies based on customer behavior, selling trends, inventory depth, and seasonal priorities.
• Lead merchandising execution for campaigns, gift guides, new categories, content pages, and other initiatives.
• Establish QA standards and oversee ongoing site reviews and issue resolution.
• Localize assortments and landing pages in partnership with international stakeholders.
• Collaborate on SEO and GEO enhancements with Digital Product and Brand Marketing.
• Coach and develop the site merchandising team and manage calendar/workflow.
