Job summary

ABB's ELDS US Business Line seeks a seasoned Business Process Manager to lead end-to-end process improvements across North America. You will guide the Business Process Owner and IS teams in implementing BPM solutions, align stakeholders, and drive measurable benefits with disciplined scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, business process management, and digital transformation.
• 6+ years of leadership experience with managers or cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 ERP environments.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the BPM organization across ELDS North American sites.
• Own operational process governance and continuous improvement priorities.
• Partner with plant operations, supply chain, engineering, QA, IS, ERP, MES to align requirements.
• Provide executive-level visibility to priorities, risks, and realized business value.
