You will align business requirements with IT roadmaps, drive standardization, and report value, risks, and decisions to leadership, while building capability and cadence across the BPM team. This role supports ABB's US operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IS, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing ops, BPM, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
• 6+ years of leadership experience with managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading multi-site transformation and portfolio execution; SAP ECC/S4 ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead BPM organization across ELDS North American sites.
• Own governance and improvement priorities across factory sites.
• Manage factory improvement portfolio delivering measurable benefits.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, finance, IS to align requirements.
• Drive process standardization and knowledge reuse.
• Provide executive visibility on priorities, risks, decisions.
