SharkNinja seeks a Senior Director, Talent Acceleration (US) & Global Head of Learning & Development to lead the global L&D practice and US Talent Acceleration delivery. Build a multimodal, AI-enabled learning capability that scales across regions, delivering measurable impact for managers, leaders, and employees.

You will set the practice, build the team, and drive strategic outcomes in a matrix environment, aligning regional delivery with global standards and business priorities.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of Learning & Development function across modalities and tech.
Track record designing and facilitating high-impact learning programs.
Experience leading in a matrix with cross-geography teams.
Strong measurement and data orientation for learning metrics.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, standard, and roadmap for global L&D.
Design and develop learning experiences across priorities and modalities.
Own onboarding, manager/leadership capability, and culture programs.
Own learning technology stack and systems for scale.
Define and measure learning impact with data.
