Job summary

SharkNinja in New York seeks a Senior Manager to own the end-to-end social creative production across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja Kitchen. You’ll lead a three- project-manager team, build scalable workflows, and ensure on-brand, high-volume output across global markets.

You’ll own the tooling and AI infrastructure, manage capacity and budgets, and drive continuous improvements to keep output fast, quality-driven, and culturally native.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years in creative operations or production operations within high-growth teams.
• Proven ability to build scalable workflows and governance in matrixed orgs.
• Hands-on production experience from concept to delivery on multi-channel content.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operating model for social creative across intake, production, and delivery.
• Plan resources, capacity, and budget for three brands globally.
• Oversee global content production across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social.
• Own tooling strategy, AI-enabled processes, and dashboards for throughput and capacity.
• Lead a team of three Project Managers and drive continuous improvement.
