SharkNinja, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Learning & Development to own the global L&D practice and lead Talent Acceleration delivery in the US. You will design multimodal learning experiences, measure impact, and scale capabilities across regions while building a high-performing team.

You will partner with executives to translate priorities into learning initiatives, foster AI-enabled learning, and drive culture and leadership development at scale in the Americas and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a Learning & Development function at global scale.
• Designing and facilitating multi-modal learning programs.
• Strong measurement, data orientation, and impact focus.
• Comfort with AI-enabled learning and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own global Learning & Development end-to-end, across design, delivery and measurement.
• Lead US Talent Acceleration delivery and build the US tX team.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into learning programs.
• Scale learning via a matrix, aligning regional delivery with global standards.
