Job summary

Harbor seeks a strategic, hands-on leader to shape Harbor Academy and our early talent strategy in a remote US context. You will own workforce planning, university partnerships, and end-to-end recruiting for interns and early-career professionals across functions.

You will partner with the Head of Talent Management and Talent Development to develop multi-year hiring strategies, design scalable pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that supports Harbor's growth and

Qualifications

5+ years' campus recruiting, university relations, or early talent program experience.
Experience designing or leading internship/graduate programs in fast-growth environments.
Proven ability to build partnerships with universities and business leaders.
Strong program management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Harbor Academy program strategy and evolution.
Develop global university partnership strategy across North America, UK, and priority markets.
Own end-to-end recruiting for interns and early-career professionals.
Plan and attend career fairs and university recruiting events.
Collaborate with Talent Development to support the early-talent learning strategy.
Design and measure program success metrics (conversion, retention, quality of hire).
