Job summary

Harbor in the United States is seeking a hands-on learning solutions designer who will independently design, develop, and implement learning programs aligned with GTM priorities.

You will partner with GTM leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, translate business priorities into effective solutions, and create content across instructor-led, digital formats, toolkits, and job aids. This is an individual contributor role with strong project and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or L&D with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
