Job summary

Harvard University’s Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment across multiple departments.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers to design plans, assess candidates, and ensure inclusive, compliant hiring. In this largely remote role with occasional on-site work, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, mentor teams, and drive data-driven improvements in recruiting practices while upholding Harvard’s policies and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with union environments or academia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment practices.
• Follow up with candidates and managers for feedback.
• Analyze recruiting data to improve processes.
• Develop and implement advertising and social media recruitment strategies.
• Make salary recommendations after consulting with Compensation.
• Communicate benefits and compensation details during offers.
• Plan outreach and represent the University at events.
• Review positions for salary grade and FLSA status.
• Possibly conduct executive searches.
• Collaborate with Central Recruitment Services.
• Adhere to Harvard policies for compliant recruiting.
• Perform other duties and lead special projects.
