Job summary

Howden Re in New York is seeking an energetic Early Careers Talent Partner to lead university relations and build our internship and graduate programs. You will act as the brand ambassador to students and early-career professionals, shaping onboarding and development journeys.

In this role you will design a global learning path, partner with universities and internal stakeholders, and help ensure inclusive, scalable programs that align with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with a focus on university relations and campus recruiting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with universities.
• Demonstrated success in managing high volume candidate pipelines.
• Progressive talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. early careers attraction strategy across internship, graduate, and insight-day programs.
• Build and manage relationships with target universities, actuarial and risk management programs, student organizations.
• Represent Howden Re at campus recruiting events, industry conferences, networking programs, and early talent forums.
• Design and support fair, inclusive, and effective candidate selection processes that identify future potential and business fit.
• Create and manage a structured onboarding and induction program that accelerates integration, engagement, and productivity.
