Howden Re is seeking an energetic Early Careers Talent Partner in New York to lead university relations, internships, and graduate programs. You will be the primary brand ambassador for students and early careers professionals, shaping onboarding and the learning journey.
Collaborate with learning and development, broking and analytics teams to create a scalable, global onboarding framework, align with certifications, and drive measurable program success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with a focus on university relations and campus recruiting.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with universities and student organizations.
- Experience in scaling onboarding and early career programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the U.S. early careers attraction strategy across internship, graduate, and insight-day programs.
- Build relationships with target universities, actuarial and risk management programs.
- Represent Howden Re at campus events and industry conferences.
- Design onboarding and induction programs to accelerate integration.
- Partner with learning and development to shape onboarding journeys.
- Create scalable onboarding frameworks adaptable globally.
