Job summary

Howden Re is seeking an energetic Early Careers Talent Partner to drive university relations and campus recruiting in the U.S. You will own the onboarding and learning journey for interns and junior hires, while partnering with the broader learning and development team to shape talent programs.

Responsibilities include leading attraction strategies, building university partnerships, and designing scalable onboarding frameworks across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting with focus on university relations.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with universities.
• Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. early careers attraction strategy across internship, graduate, and insight-day programs.
• Build and manage relationships with target universities and student organizations.
• Represent Howden Re at campus events and early talent forums.
• Design onboarding and learning journeys for interns and junior employees.
