Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• 6+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience leading a team in remote/hybrid environments.
• Strong relationship-building with partners across levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and a drive for improvement.
• Experience designing learning programs for Early in Career.
• Experience reporting and extracting insights from data.
• Strong verbal and written communication; handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead program coordinators, vendors and contractors delivering learning programs.
• Design and execute programs to recruit and hire, focusing on key user groups.
• Partner with global teams to maximize program effectiveness.
• Drive execution with clear communication and timelines.
