• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience designing learning and development programs for an Early in Career audience.
• Experience leading a team in a remote/hybrid work environment.
• Strong data-analysis, reporting, and insights skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program coordinators, vendors, and contractors overseeing learning programs.
• Design and execute programs to enable recruiting and hiring, focusing on key user groups.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate program outcomes, participation, learner progress, and ROI.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to align outcomes with business needs and workforce planning.
• Organize in-person and virtual learning events, orientations, workshops, and networking for global early careers talent.
• Travel 10-30% for programs and events at educational institutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements and stay updated on best practices in L&D.
• Transform data into narratives to drive buy-in for program enhancements.
