Job Description

Visa is seeking a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to lead global Early Careers talent attraction learning programs. This role will design, evaluate, and optimize learning and development programs that engage early in career talent at the top of the recruitment funnel. The Program Manager will create, launch, and expand learning programs that upskill students in our business, partner with key universities to develop sustainable talent pipelines aligned with Visa 2030 goals, and collaborate cross functionally with global stakeholders to deliver sustainable and scalable programs.

This includes executing on the growth and expansion of Visa Fintech Foundation, Visa Cybersecurity Learning Program, and Visa Upskill Tech Pathway Programs globally. Working with global partners to expand program offerings in more markets virtually and in person. Partnering with key education institutions to attract the right talent to the programs.

Essential Functions
  • People manage program coordinators, vendors, and contractors overseeing the execution of learning programs

  • Lead in the design and execution of programs to enable the organizations ability to recruit and hire, focusing on key user groups

  • Be a thought partner to global teams in developing and maximizing global programs

  • Drive program execution by influencing teams and stakeholders, providing clear communications, and holding project teams accountable for timelines and deliverables

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data related to learning programs. Develop dashboards and regular reports to communicate program outcomes, participation rates, learner progress, and ROI to key stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure program outcomes are aligned to business needs and workforce planning demand

  • Assess the effectiveness of learning program initiatives using surveys, assessments, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms. Identify strengths, areas for improvement, and trends to recommend actionable insights for continuous program enhancement

  • Cross collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, Global Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, C-level executives, legal, communications, engineering, partner colleges and universities, agencies, contractors, and vendors

  • Facilitate meetings, document requirements, and support communication between teams

  • Act as a point of contact for early career program participants, addressing questions, resolving issues, and collecting ongoing feedback. Contribute to the creation of an inclusive and engaging learner experience

  • Identify opportunities to streamline program operations, automate manual processes, and improve technology utilization for learning platforms and data tracking

  • Ensure all learning activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant legal requirements. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in learning and development

  • Lead the organization of in person and virtual learning events, orientations, workshops, and networking opportunities for early careers talent globally

  • Transform complex data into compelling narratives to drive buy in and advocate for program enhancements among leaders and stakeholders

  • Able to successfully work in a hybrid work model and travel 10-30% of the time to educational institutions for programs and events

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

  • 6+ years of Program Management experience

  • Experience leading a team within a remote and or hybrid work environment

  • Consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with various partners across all levels

  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement

  • Experience in designing learning and development programs for an Early in Career audience

  • Deep experience developing reporting and metrics and interpreting data for insights on business processes

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, and experience handling confidential information

  • Proven track record of supporting and executing multiple programs

  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, preferably Workday

  • Experience creating recruitment campaigns to nurture long term relationships with talent at scale

  • Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders, including C level leaders

  • Experience leading a global team within a remote and or hybrid work environment

  • Experience designing and implementing learning program curriculum

  • Familiarity with project management tools

  • Strong data-analysis, problem-solving, and agile process improvement skills

Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $116,300.00 to $ 186,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
