Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Early Careers & Interns Specialist to design and execute comprehensive programs for interns and fresh graduates in AI-related roles. You will build university partnerships, craft learning objectives, and shape Cohere’s presence at campus events across multiple locations.

You will collaborate with the People team to onboard interns, establish mentor networks, and monitor program success while ensuring inclusive, engaging experiences for diverse talents globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global early careers, internships, or graduate recruitment with tech focus.
• Experience building international university partnerships and campus recruitment for STEM.
• Proven ability to create inclusive, scalable intern programs with strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic early talent programs with intern/graduate pipelines.
• Build partnerships with top universities and campuses to source candidates.
• Develop targeted employer branding for student markets and attend career events.
• Partner with People team to onboard interns and manage mentorship programs.
• Track program metrics and manage budgets and logistics for initiatives.
