Cohere is seeking a Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist to shape how the company is perceived in the global AI community. You will lead recruitment marketing initiatives, craft compelling content, and partner with cross-functional teams to position Cohere as the destination for top researchers and engineers.

You will drive campaigns across channels, optimize the career experience, and measure impact with data-driven insights in a fast-paced, remote-friendly startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Proven ability to run multi-channel campaigns.
• Portfolio of compelling job descriptions and employee stories.
• Experience with candidate relationship management tools.
• Data-driven with recruitment metrics tracking.
• Creative and strategic, balancing brand with campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cohere's brand strategy to attract target talent.
• Run multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across social, boards, and search.
• Create compelling content including job descriptions and employee narratives.
• Optimize the career site and track engagement with CRM tools.
• Analyze metrics like cost-per-hire and ROI to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and Research for consistent messaging.
• Monitor competitor branding and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Partner with hiring teams to tailor campaigns for specific roles.
