Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an Intern Program Manager, Early Careers to design and operate a scalable global internship framework that grows the early-career talent pipeline.

You will collaborate across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to ensure a high-quality intern experience aligned with Acuity’s strategy and needs. You will establish program standards, enable managers, track metrics, and drive meaningful project ownership, feedback cycles, and measurable outcomes across multiple

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in early careers, university recruiting, talent acquisition, HR program management, learning programs, or related talent programs.
• Experience supporting internships, co-ops, rotational programs, campus recruiting, or other early-career initiatives.
• Strong program management skills with timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and multiple workstreams.
• Ability to build scalable program standards that adapt globally while respecting local needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination across HR, TA, business leaders, and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve a scalable global internship framework.
• Partner with Director and HR, TA, leaders to align standards with local needs.
• Manage internship lifecycle: planning, recruiting, onboarding, learning events, evaluations, conversions, offboarding.
• Create program materials, templates, communications, manager guides, resources, and evaluation tools.
• Design touchpoints to build intern relationships, collect feedback, and connect work to strategy.
• Enable managers to set goals, provide feedback, and link intern contributions to outcomes.
