Job summary

WSB is seeking an Early Career Specialist to lead our national intern program, overseeing 60+ interns annually and supporting graduate engineers and new hires. You will own recruitment, orientation, mentorship, and summer programming while partnering with universities and industry groups to build a strong national talent pipeline.

You will guide hiring managers, track program metrics, and maintain compliant records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR, talent acquisition or campus recruiting experience.
• PHR, SHRM-CP or HRIP certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns and early career professionals.
• Partner with universities and industry groups to build pipelines.
• Coordinate internship and early career programs, including orientation.
• Guide hiring managers to align early career strategies.
• Support development pathways for graduate engineers and other early career hires.
• Track program metrics and recommend improvements.
• Attend career fairs and campus recruitment events.
• Serve as point of contact for interns and early career staff.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Maintain records for recruitment activities.
