We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure the long-term success of our North America clients, driving retention, revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will build executive-level relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of client success or account management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiar with digital marketing channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive international eCommerce sales growth and client retention.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, including C-levels.
• Provide analytics and reporting to reveal performance and growth opportunities.
• Improve revenue by enhancing customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Leverage data to craft market-leading growth strategies.
• Collaborate with retailers to build and execute global growth strategies.
• Represent product feedback for cross-border account success.
• Monitor account plans and take corrective actions.
• Schedule business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
