Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Director to drive the DSP advertising business across Independent Agencies. You will lead executive-level relationships with Horizon and Havas, shaping partnership strategy to drive Revenue growth and deliver value for Yahoo and its agency partners.

As a senior leader on the global agencies team, you will influence decision-makers, advocate for Yahoo DSP solutions, and ensure success of joint initiatives across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advertising, media, or technology building & leading trusted agency stakeholder relationships, client leadership, and business development.
• Proven ability to cultivate and deepen executive-level agency relationships that drive strategic alignment and long-term investment growth.
• Demonstrated success in a revenue-driving role with onboarding new accounts, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions.
• Deep understanding of the advertising agency ecosystem, including agency dynamics, operations models, and decision-making processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers across Horizon and Havas, positioning Yahoo as a trusted strategic partner.
• Drive transformative revenue growth across Horizon and Havas by shaping partnership strategies that position Yahoo DSP as a market leader.
• Shape Yahoo DSP go-to-market and sales activation strategies with agency partners and deliver against growth objectives.
• Champion the voice of the customer to inform product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with sales and the GAP team to activate demand and accelerate revenue growth.
• Leverage agency relationships to drive share shift and strengthen partnerships.
• Represent Yahoo DSP in agency leadership forums and industry events.
