Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Global Document Services Lead - Workflow to coordinate departmental workflow, intake requests, and ensure on-time, high-quality document services for attorneys and professionals. The role supports a hybrid/in-office setup across LA, OC, SD, SV or Austin.

Responsibilities include leading complex/multishift requests, managing the ServiceNow queue, and safeguarding confidential information while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a law firm or other professional services firm, preferably.
• Minimum of five (5) years of cumulative experience.
• Microsoft certifications in Word Expert, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with other teams to streamline procedures and communications.
• Schedule weekend and holiday coverage.
• Acting as point of escalation to leadership.
• Protecting and maintaining confidential, privileged, and sensitive information.
