Job summary

Caterpillar's Electric Power Division is seeking a Datacenter Senior Account Manager to lead a strategic global data center account. You will serve as the primary customer interface, managing executive relationships worldwide while representing the full portfolio of Electric Power solutions and services to support the customer's critical power infrastructure and business objectives.

Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in Electric Power & Data Center applications.
• Understanding of data center design topologies and Caterpillar Electric Power product application within the data center industry desired.
• Previous field and/or account management experience with Caterpillar Dealers and Customers desired.
• Custom Packaging/System integration sales/marketing or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue, price and volume targets for assigned accounts.
• Manage RFP pipeline and translate into ABP/RBM planning.
• Oversee contracts, including master terms and framework agreements with Legal Services.
• Coordinate onboarding for dealers including bid packages, commissioning, and aftermarket activities.
• Develop coverage strategy leveraging technical, project management, commercial and aftermarket resources.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure Caterpillar materials and packaged solutions meet customer needs.
• Conduct annual business reviews and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
