Job summary

Better Being Co. seeks an International Account Manager to grow international distributor partnerships, expand market presence, and support sales growth across territories.

You will collaborate with distributors and internal teams to develop business strategies, launch products, build brand equity, and meet revenue objectives. You will manage distributor relationships, analyze performance, and coordinate cross-functional activities for product launches, forecasting, and expansion opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with international business emphasis; health and wellness exposure preferred.
• 1-2 years international distributor account management experience; VMS or health/wellness focus preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies with international distributors to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for account management, product launches, forecasting, and distributor support.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations affecting territories.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance analyses for assigned accounts.
