Job summary

Hilton seeks a senior distribution professional to lead the CALA distribution strategy, collaborating across sales, revenue management, and analytics to drive growth. You will manage third-party channel initiatives, data tagging, and forecasts while aligning with Hilton's Commercial Services team.

The role involves negotiating contracts, traveling up to 35%, and leveraging Hilton's extensive travel perks and ESPP programs to optimize channel performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese.
• 10+ years of experience in distribution, revenue management or related fields.
• Deep understanding of the CALA region, OTA, bedbank/wholesale, metasearch and distribution landscape.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a distribution channel strategy and roadmap for CALA with clear metrics.
• Integrate third-party channel initiatives into broader Commercial strategies.
• Provide data tracking, tagging, and channel enablement expertise for third-party channels.
• Monitor results and forecast impacts to improve value and performance.
