Qualifications

• Three years hotel experience.
• Experience using Delphi.fdc for bookings, group sales, events, reporting or related sales processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet management.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage group leads, bookings, and contracting processes.
• Deliver and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Support meeting space optimization to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Events, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations.
