Job summary
Hilton is seeking a seasoned hotel sales professional for a remote US-based role (also Puerto Rico). You will develop and manage relationships with US and international operators, travel professionals, and agencies, driving revenue across Wholesale, Consortia and Cruise Lines.
The role requires five years of hotel sales experience and two years in leisure or retail travel sales, with travel up to 30% nationally and internationally. Proficiency in Spanish and local market knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Solicit and uncover new business opportunities from US and international operators and travel professionals.
- Grow all accounts for Wholesale, Consortia and Cruise Lines.
- Monitor implementation of packages and offers and deploy partnerships.
- Foster relationships with agencies and individual agents to ensure ongoing communication of programs, promotions, packages, and services.
- Develop sales strategies and plan by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel and market trends.
