Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Capacity Planning in the United States to lead long-range capacity planning for the clinical manufacturing network. The role connects pipeline demand with technical capabilities and financial considerations to enable cost-effective, resilient decisions across internal pilot plants and external CMOs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, capacity planning, logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in strategic capacity planning or related supply chain roles within pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing interdependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end strategic capacity planning over a rolling 3–5+ year horizon for internal/external clinical manufacturing.
• Align pipeline, sourcing, and portfolio assumptions with leaders and external partners.
• Establish planning standards, data requirements, governance, and performance measures.
• Build and present scenarios quantifying capacity gaps, timing constraints, cost, resilience, and risk.
• Translate analyses into executive recommendations and trade-offs for patient supply and asset use.
• Lead cross-functional scenario planning with pilot plants, CMOs, and planning teams.
• Anticipate future tech needs and optimize enterprise network capacity with value chain teams.
• Advance planning capabilities via analytics, forecasting, simulation, and digital twins.
• Provide input to governance forums and coach planning colleagues and project teams.
