The role requires building strong distributor relationships, leading reviews, and coordinating stakeholders to execute consistent global plans and regional adaptations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ relevant sales experience, marketing, distribution, account management in electronics or technical industries.
• Strong global awareness and cultural sensitivity for regional alignment.
• Ability to develop and execute account strategies and business plans.
• Advanced negotiation and consultative skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with data analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas and global distributor relationships as primary Murata contact.
• Lead distributor business reviews covering sales, inventory, forecast, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate global account strategy across regions and internal stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across distributor networks.
• Implement data-driven distributor plans to maximize sales and profitability.
• Lead global marketing alignment and co-op planning with distributors.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive actions to close gaps.
• Share market insights and coordinate cross-regional opportunities.
