Job summary

The position supports hybrid work from multiple U.S. locations and involves frequent travel to coordinate global teams and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years' relevant sales experience, marketing, distribution, or account management in electronics/technical industries.
• Strong global awareness and cultural sensitivity across regions and organizational levels.
• Ability to develop and execute account strategies and business plans.
• Advanced negotiation and consultative skills to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas and global relationship for assigned distributor(s).
• Lead distributor business reviews covering sales performance, inventory, forecasts, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate global account strategy with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across distributor organizations and coordinate Murata executive engagement.
• Lead global marketing strategy alignment, co-op planning, product introductions, and demand creation.
