Job summary

Murata Electronics is seeking a Distribution Global Accounts Manager to maximize sales and strategic alignment with global distribution partners across the Americas andMurata regions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant sales, marketing, distribution or account management experience in electronics/technical fields.
• Strong global awareness and ability to align across regions and cultures.
• Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies and business plans.
• Advanced negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Americas and global relationship for assigned distributor(s) and serve as primary Murata contact for corporate and regional interactions.
• Lead regular distributor reviews covering sales performance, inventory, forecast and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate global account strategy across regions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across distributor organizations and facilitate executive engagement.
• Create data-driven distributor business plans to maximize sales, profitability and growth.
• Coordinate commercial, operational and strategic matters with internal stakeholders.
• Lead global marketing alignment, co-op planning, new product introductions and demand creation.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive actions to improve account performance.
• Leverage distributor data to identify market trends and opportunities.
