Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR with expertise in Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation, and HR Operations.
• Experience designing compensation, bonus, equity, and benefit programs in high-growth biotech or life sciences.
• Knowledge of benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture, and market pricing.
• Understand US/Canada employment laws affecting compensation, benefits, and leave.
• Experience administering HRIS platforms and vendor relationships.
• Strong decision making, discretion, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global total rewards strategy including compensation and benefits.
• Lead annual compensation processes: merit, promotions, bonuses, and equity reviews.
• Analyze benchmarking and market data to ensure competitive pay.
• Oversee US/Canada benefits programs, renewals, design, open enrollment.
• Lead People Operations across onboarding, offboarding, records, policy administration.
• Own Rippling administration, data integrity, reporting, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with US/Canada employment laws affecting compensation and leaves.
• Partner with Legal on immigration and cross-border employment.
• Develop HR policies and governance across jurisdictions.
• Support organizational changes and workforce planning with data-driven insights.
