Qualifications

• 10+ years of total rewards experience including compensation design, sales incentives, equity and benefits.
• Strong analytics with market benchmarking, incentive modeling, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of laws impacting compensation, benefits, and equity.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll and equity administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of compensation programs, base pay, incentives, and sales compensation.
• Oversee equity administration and vendor management for RSUs and stock options.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including PEO relationship and open enrollment.
• Partner with leaders to develop and communicate total rewards strategies aligned to objectives.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to keep programs competitive.
• Lead job evaluation, pay structure development and leveling initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements for total rewards operations.
• Provide guidance on reward philosophy and program design to leadership.
• Manage annual compensation planning including merit, bonus, and LTIs.
