Job summary

Kuros Biosciences is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations to lead our global Total Rewards and Operations. This role covers compensation, equity administration, HRIS, payroll, benefits, and governance.

Based in Alpharetta, this hybrid position requires 10+ years in total rewards, strategic compensation design, and strong data analytics to drive market-aligned programs and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in total rewards, including compensation design, sales incentives, equity, and benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to lead reward programs in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong analytical skills with market benchmarking, incentive modeling, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs (base pay, incentives, equity).
• Oversee equity administration and vendor management (RSUs, stock options).
• Manage benefits programs, including PEO relationship and open enrollment.
• Partner with leaders to communicate total rewards strategies aligned to business goals.
• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Lead job evaluation, pay structure development, and leveling initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements for rewards operations.
• Provide strategic guidance on reward philosophy and design.
