Qualifications

• 12–15 years of consultative selling of on-prem and/or SaaS enterprise software solutions.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience, managing a geographically dispersed team.
• International business experience.
• Experience leading technology transformation, digital enablement, AI adoption, or related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads a multi-regional team of Solution Consultants in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
• Oversees pipeline generation, commercial strategy, and sales execution plans.
• Collaborates with Product Management to influence solution strategy and roadmap.
• Builds and maintains C-Level relationships with major customers, prospects, and industry partners.
• Drives AI-enabled tools adoption, process improvements, and KPI monitoring across the team.
• Develops and leads global education/training programs for solution consulting and sales personnel.
