Job summary

The RF & Microwave Technology Leader is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to guide a global organization of 70+ professionals spanning Inside Sales, Customer Service, CRM/Salesforce, and forecasting.

This senior role partners with sales leadership to optimize the end-to-end customer journey from opportunity management to order fulfillment and on-time delivery, leveraging analytics, process improvement, and CRM expertise.

Qualifications

• Leads a global sales operations function with strong leadership skills.
• Expertise in optimizing sales processes, forecasting and analytics.
• Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and data-driven decision making.
• Background in RF, semiconductors or technical manufacturing is preferred.
• US Citizenship or Green Card is required.

• Lead and manage a global organization of 70+ professionals across Inside Sales, Customer Service, and CRM.
