MGA Entertainment in Los Angeles seeks a Director, Talent and Learning to design and implement enterprise-wide talent and succession planning, performance management, and career development infrastructure. You will partner with HR leadership to align talent strategy with business goals and guide executives through complex stakeholder groups.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics, driving modernization of learning, development and performance programs in a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of job-related and/or management experience.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a global or multi-national company.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, AI, ChatGPT and Copilot.

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise-wide talent, succession planning, performance management and career development strategies.
• Advise HR leadership and influence strategic direction.
• Develop tools and frameworks for integrated talent, performance and career development.
• Explore AI-enabled technologies to streamline talent management.
• Monitor effectiveness and gather feedback to improve programs.
• Manage high-complexity projects.
• Collaborate with Talent & Learning and HR teams to support broader HR strategy.
• Must collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu meetings.
