Blackpoint Cyber seeks a Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead global infrastructure, reliability, and FinOps. You will guide scalable cloud platforms, drive cost-efficient architectures, and shape incident response and observability practices.

10+ years in SRE/DevOps/CloudInfra roles.

Responsibilities

Lead design and management of scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Establish SRE best practices: monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, perf tuning.
Improve observability and alerting for rapid issue resolution.
Drive IaC and CI/CD adoption to reduce manual work.
Lead a global SRE/DevOps team and mentor staff.
Contribute hands-on as an SRE while guiding architecture decisions.
Design secure, cost-efficient infrastructure with secure data storage.
Implement security hygiene and monitoring per company requirements.
Experiment with AI tooling and SRE tools to boost velocity and stability.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure reliability.
