Early Warning is seeking a Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead the SRE function for a key product area, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and operability of production services. You will translate business priorities into reliability outcomes and align teams with domain goals.
You will own SRE strategy, develop talent, set roadmaps, and partner across Product, Software, Platform, Security and Risk teams to deliver measurable reliability improvements while maintaining
Qualifications
- 12+ years in software or SRE leadership with technical depth.
- 5+ years leading engineering teams and developing managers.
- Experience operating highly available distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of SRE practices: SLOs/SLIs, observability, incident management.
- Ability to communicate risk and investment needs to stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Define reliability targets using SLIs and SLOs.
- Lead SRE strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
- Develop talent and manage teams.
- Partner with Product, Software, Platform, Security and Risk teams.
- Drive incident response and post-incident learning.
- Drive production readiness and capacity planning.
