Ingram Micro is seeking a Director to lead the Microsoft alliance, driving growth in the Microsoft Cloud & AI portfolio and overseeing multiple Centers of Excellence. The role requires deep alliance experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution with senior stakeholders.

You will manage executive reviews, govern joint programs, and push a roadmap that aligns with business objectives. International travel and leadership excellence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, cloud, or technology industries.
• 5+ years leading teams and managing channel partners.
• Experience delivering vendor programs, incentives, and joint targets.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• International experience with travel.
• Strong written, analytical, and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Microsoft alliance relationship and executive cadence globally.
• Stand up three Centers of Excellence with owners and funded plans.
• Deliver growth plan for Copilot and agents; align incentives.
• Grow market share by funding programs and measurable partner capability.
• Own the Microsoft roadmap with the platform org; maintain commitments.
• Run partner programs at channel scale through enablement programs.
• Collaborate with Forward-Deployed Engineering on Microsoft-native solutions.
• Lead data sharing with Microsoft and joint governance.
• Lead and hire a high-performing team of Practice Leads and Ops Manager.
