Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Director of Intelligence & Insights to lead a global, multi-disciplinary team spanning North America, EMEA and APAC. The role centers on turning data and narrative into strategic guidance for communications, public affairs, policy, marketing and data science.

You will design tools, systems and AI-enabled workflows that speed insights, scale reporting, and elevate judgment, while influencing senior leaders and coordinating across functions in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, political campaigns, corporate strategy or related fields.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across regions and time zones.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
• Experience building measurement frameworks and reporting systems.
• Experience applying AI/automation to workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intelligence & Insights (I&I) across NA, EMEA and APAC.
• Design scalable tools and AI-enabled workflows for faster insights.
• Partner with senior leadership across functions to guide strategy.
• Oversee a high-volume portfolio of deliverables with competing priorities.
