Job summary

Meta is seeking a senior product lead to own the Intelligence & Execution layer, driving agentic capabilities that understand intent, reason over data, plan and execute analytical work, and learn from feedback. The role focuses on durable AI capabilities across models and interfaces to improve decision quality.

The candidate will partner with engineering, design, and research teams, lead 0-1 and platform initiatives, and present recommendations to senior executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management or equivalent senior experience.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Experience hiring and developing ICs and senior leaders.
• Experience working with analytics/enterprise cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Intelligence & Execution layer and agentic capabilities that understand intent, reason, plan and execute analytical work.
• Plan and execute analytical work, learn from feedback, and drive safe action.
• Present to senior executives and influence strategic direction.
• Demonstrate the ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
