Job summary

Rentvine, a fast-growing property management software company, seeks a Sr. Director to lead onboarding across product lines, owning go-live, data migration, configuration, and the pricing/packaging model.

You will manage SOWs and the cost-to-serve, partnering with Finance and Sales to ensure margins and efficiency. The role expects leadership of onboarding managers, scaling processes with AI-enabled tooling, and driving rapid yet high-quality deployments for enterprise and SMB clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services, implementation, or onboarding.
• 5+ years leading leaders in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience owning a services P&L or cost-to-serve model.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding delivery for Rentvine and PMW, data migration and go-live across products.
• Own implementation timeline from go-live to customer education handoff.
• Define pricing, packaging, and cost-to-serve models for onboarding.
