Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 10–12+ years of experience in regulated environments with leadership responsibilities.
• Fluency in English required; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel up to 20–30% as needed across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for data management and technology operations in HCC.
• Drive compliance data governance, analytics, and reporting across regions.
• Lead development of analytics tools for risk assessment and monitoring (e.g., FCPA, third-party risk).
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Privacy, and regional leaders to embed compliance by design.
• Build and manage a high-performing global team with focus on innovation and efficiency.
