Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader. This hybrid role can be located in Horsham, PA; Raritan, NJ; or Titusville, NJ, and leads a global team of data stewards to ensure trusted, high‑quality regulatory data for decision making.

You will establish governance policy, standards, and ownership across systems, partner with R&D, IT, DDSAI, and enterprise teams, and drive end‑to‑end Regulatory Information Management through URP and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Computer Science/Technology, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree (Master’s, Ph.D., PharmD) preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a medium-to-large-scale pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.
• Experience with regulatory data governance and leadership in data stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team of data stewards and oversee Regulatory Data Hub (RDH).
• Establish governance policies, standards, and ownership for regulatory data.
• Partner across R&D, IT, Data Science, and enterprise teams to embed trusted data into decisions.
• Drive end-to-end Regulatory Information Management (RIM) through URP and related initiatives.
