Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader to oversee global governance of regulatory data and lead a team of data stewards. You will own the Regulatory Data Hub, chair the Regulatory Data Council, and partner with R&D, IT, and enterprise teams to enable trusted, decision-ready data across programs.

The role requires extensive regulatory data expertise, people management, and a track record of driving governance across complex, global regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/Medtech, regulatory affairs knowledge, and governance.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience as data steward or governance lead in regulated environment.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead global data stewards and oversee Regulatory Data Hub (RDH).
• Chair Regulatory Data Council; establish governance policies and standards.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and access for decision-making across GRA.
• Drive end-to-end Regulatory Information Management (RIM) transformations with URP and AI tooling.
