Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Director for the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Programme Management. You will lead strategy, governance, and delivery across Global Development, Legal, Privacy, and Technology, ensuring regulatory requirements translate into sustainable capabilities.

You will oversee multi-country coordination, risk management, and executive reporting, with a focus on impact, efficiency, and adoption of EHDS capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, healthcare, or business discipline; 7+ years leading large cross-functional programs.
• Formal project or program management certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/SAFe) preferred.
• Experience leading people, vendors, or multidisciplinary teams in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Define program direction, governance, and delivery roadmaps for EHDS.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Regulation Monitoring, Operating Model Design, and Technology Enablement.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resource planning with executive visibility.
• Establish governance, reporting, escalation paths, and decision rights.
• Collaborate with EHDS Implementation Lead and senior stakeholders on trade-offs and priorities.
• Drive communication with leadership, functions, and tech teams to ensure alignment.
