Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in semiconductor equipment, service engineering, product support, reliability engineering, or related areas.
• 5+ years in management with proven global cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize preventive maintenance methodologies.
• Establish SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance playbooks.
• Lead knowledge transfer to field experts for global consistency.
• Design and deploy training and certification programs for field service teams.
• Drive adoption of PM best practices across regions and sites.
• Collaborate with engineering and field service to improve reliability and lifecycle performance.
• Identify opportunities to commercialize PM methodologies into service products and contracts.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement and predictive maintenance strategies.
