Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Director of Customer Success for Falcon Cloud Security. You will lead a multi‑layered CS team, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure protection, adoption, and growth across large cloud customers.

You will own the CS strategy, design scalable operating models, and manage executive relationships with CISOs and cloud platform owners, while driving cross‑functional improvements and renewals.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
• Proven track record delivering retention, adoption, and expansion at scale.
• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent experience; strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global Customer Success organization for Falcon Cloud Security.
• Own retention, adoption, and expansion metrics; drive time-to-value.
• Coach managers, develop career paths, enablement, and succession plans.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap.
