Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Principal Platform Professional Services Consultant to lead deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of the Falcon Cloud Security platform. You will implement CSPM/SSPM solutions, refine scripts, and guide customers through complex cloud environments.

You will mentor the services team and collaborate with product and engineering to promote best practices, security, and scalable deployment methods across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years deploying IT solutions for customers or end users.
• Hands-on cloud and container deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and operations of CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security modules.
• Develop and modify deployment scripts (Python, Bash/PowerShell) and IaC workflows.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and provide guidance on best practices.
• Mentor the Platform Professional Services team and drive process improvements.
• Deliver training on cloud platform best practices and CSPM/SSPM usage.
